About This Machine

A local company required a solution to a serious bottleneck in their production process, which was significantly reducing output. The design was a pasteurisation machine manufacutured in stainless steel to process 160 jars at a time. The jars were automaticaly transfered into a temperature controlled heated tank where the jars were submersed for a set time. The system gave an increase in production without any additional labour requirement.
